These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AI Charmers website and our training services. By booking a course or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Course Bookings
2.1 Making a Booking
All course bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
2.2 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or invoice (for corporate clients).
2.3 Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Participant
- More than 14 days before course: Full refund
- 7-14 days before course: 50% refund or credit towards future course
- Less than 7 days before course: No refund, but may transfer to another date
3.2 Cancellation by AI Charmers
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
3.3 Substitutions
You may substitute another participant in your place at any time before the course begins by notifying us in writing.
4. Course Delivery
4.1 Course Materials
Course materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
4.2 Online Courses
For online courses, you are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet connectivity and the required software/hardware to participate.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and intellectual property remain the property of AI Charmers or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Charmers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
